That's because they will kill all active termites BEFORE initiating any repair. Then, when you open up the wall, there are no live termites. Their warranty says if there are no live termites then they don't have to cover the damage. So, do not trust this company. Do not follow their advice if they tell you, "well, the first thing we need to do is treat to kill these termites so they don't do any more damage". The first thing you want to do is to open up the wall and find live termites. Otherwise, your $1 million termite bond is absolutely WORTHLESS.
