  After buying over $5000 worth of flooring I didn't think it was too much to ask if they could cut one tile for me after I had to have a leak fixed under my slab. I called first and was told to drop it off - they'd ask one of their installers to cut it for me. I was willing to pay them what ever they wanted. When I went in the man there was so extremely rude to me, telling me that the other person I spoke to didn't know what they were talking about. He was very aggressive and rude and I had been a good paying customer. It was very strange. So I went to Floors Direct and explained my dilemma to them. They kept the tile and called me two days later to pick it up. One of their installers cut it for me and they didn't charge me a cent. Guess where I will take my future business?
