  I had an issue that happened after hours and had to call the only plumbing company that "handles" after hours issues. The long and the short of it was this, there was an issue he couldn't fix and requested someone else come out in the am. After that customer service with that company went down hill. One of my coworkers gave this company's info and I called them. There was a delay because of power outages from the storm which was understandable. Gave them a call when I found out they had power and they came out and fixed the problem that left us without running water for over a week in 5 minutes. Hands down best plumbing company I have ever dealt with and they now have a customer for life.
