  2017: Same problems with new couches. Came out to fix most of them, but armrest has been broken now for 4+ months. New parts have been delivered but cannot get anyone to tell me when they will come out to fix ... btw armrest is made of cardboard on Catnapper sofas. Back to 1 star rating. 2015 Update: Furniture Now has exchanged our couches with new ones, which at the moment are MUCH BETTER. Took 3 months to receive our couches. When they arrived there were numerous issues. Spoke with Furniture Now who refered me to their warranty dept. Repair Company has come out twice and only one of the issues has been resolved. This has been going on for the last 6.5 months. Items still waiting to be fixed include a broken armrest (bc it is made out of cardboard), stitching that is coming apart, staples that are sticking out, back cushions that do not have adequate stuffing, seat cushions that pop forward when you sit on them, and middle seat cushions that are too small.
