  This place is a joke to customer service. Every time I go there is a issue with the staff or the store in general...if at all possible take the time to go to Palm Bay where it's 100 times better

  Went to a great store (Bartow) and bought a generator with extended warranty. Tried to return it at this location and the manager was so lazy he wouldn’t pick up the phone to call the store. I must have told him 5x to call the store. I ended up calling the store myself with the Bartow store one the line and magically they gave him the right information for the return. Worst customer service from a manager ever. I had to do his job for him. Why he wouldn’t simply pick up the phone and call is beyond me. Maybe he has a phone phobia, who knows.
