I had a custom pendant hand made from them and it came out AMAZING. They listened to what I wanted, showed me some beautiful design ideas, then after choosing what I liked best, they custom designed a beautiful pendant. There aren't enough good/positive things I can say about The Jewelry Store. Most definitely the first place I will go to for repairs and/or custom work from now on.
