- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆July 11, 2019, by Jonathan HI bought a $2000 couch from them and the sales person pushed a stain warranty on me. A few months later my son drew all over the couch with a ballpoint pen. The written warranty clearly stated that it covered ball point pens, but they refused to do anything about it claiming it was not covered. What a rip off.
