  Never again! Other than that Tile department, the supervisor Kyle, I will never go to that store again. The staff was rude, unhelpful and plain out stupid. One of the lumber guys told me that the furring strips was in the garden center. I asked the same guy twice to help me find something and I was told I'm too busy to help you... and made a smart comment to me to and walked off....just to stand around the corner lookin stupid. Never again Military discount was a hassle

  I love this Lowe's! They always have what I need and the staff is always helpful. I will recommend working with (of possible) one of the managers, Justin Saporita. He is a phenomenal worker, manager, and representative of Lowe's. He has worked with me several times with different issues and item and always met my needs. A particular example is a vendor, Igloo, was suppose to ship something within a certain time frame, and they failed to do so even though I had ordered the item almost 3 weeks in advance. Igloo was to ship the item, which I needed for a large party, ground, which by the ship date would have been too late. He constantly called them, texted me updates, and got the tracking number sent to me so I too could keep an eye on it. Excellent customer service and a great store!
