  Beware buying a mattress here! I bought a mattress delivered with a small tear and different fabric/pattern than the one shown in showroom, and a week later, all I am told by the manager and district manager (who was in the store) is there is nothing they can do to help me but to keep trying to get in touch with customer service. I have tried many attempts to contact customer service and no one will email or call me back to get this problem resolved.

  I had the worst experience here! I went in and purchased a mattress around $650-ish. It was one of their store brand mattresses but felt comfortable. The salesman Matt told me that they can have it delivered next day and the driver would call me an hour out from my house. The next day rolls around and I get a call from the warehouse that they were out of stock when it was ordered and won't have it until the next week. That was frustrating (I'm staying on an air mattress at the moment) but of course things happen...no worries. After a couple days I get another call from the store rescheduling my delivery some days later bc they won't have my mattress by then. Ok fine. I get another call the day before the scheduled drop off that they are out of stock again and will need to reschedule for another week! I think I ended up receiving four different calls from four different people all claiming they gave no record of me having received calls before from them. I had to re-explain the situation to every hand the phone got passed to and still have no mattress! The delivery truck didn't even show up the last time and I didn't receive any calls to reschedule. I demanded a full refund and now I have to find another mattress store that knows what the hell they are doing. This experience felt like they were trying to take my money and run.
