  I purchased a brand new Jacuzzi $9,000 and they delivered a used which broke down on day one. I called the sales person to report the Jacuzzi not working. they said they would send a tech, almost 2 months went by and they claimed, they did not have not record of my call. I told them I wanted to return it and they refused to take it back. After they repaired it the first time, I used it one time and it broke again. They sent a technician and they claimed nothing was wrong but they will do me the favor to replace the main electronic panel. after 4 months since I purchased it, they Jacuzzi still not working. Poor customer service, defective equipment and sales personnel who sell used products for new.
