  Customer service was terrible. They need to learn how to talk to people especially when they make mistakes. I would never recommend anyone to have to deal with this poor service or the office manager

  I have a current situation with Paul Davis....and they are still my restoration company. They have been hired as of December of 2016....it is now January 2018 Yes!!! I got the dates right! My house has been completely demolitioned and ready to be remodeled....but let's just say it has been sitting in this dame status for over 8 months now! They keep switching project managers and the people who are assigned to my house. I am never kept in the loop and have to call weekly just to find out what's being done just to be told...nothing has or is being done...or oh we are getting started next week, then a month later still nothing. Oh..also been told we had permits in hand and ready when in fact after calling the city the permits were never even filed for! It has been a total mess!! I am now months behind on mortgage because I cannot afford the mortgage on the house as well as paying for a rental for my family for over a year now. I would have loved to give an awesome review, but at this point I am exhausted, tired, and just completely upset by the process of which has left me and my family out of our family home for so long with no desire to get the job done and get us back in.
