  Went into the corporate office to get a new knife & walked out with five. I’m a chef in the industry for 8 years & have never been offered free engraving & such great customer service.   I have watched these knives for a couple of years now, my Cutco set has been extremely good however, this knife set is remarkably better. The feel and quality seem over the top. The feel alone is what sold me. The balance of the knives in your hand is second to none. They may not be the professional chef choice (I don't know) but these are awesome knives. Buy one steak knife and try it for a month or so, you will buy the full set. Thanks Girardo Gonzalez for your help and generosity.
