  I’ve seen some reviews that people have been ignored. I haven’t experienced that at all! On the contrary, the Sephora Reps have always been kind even during returns. They don’t carry most of the products I use but I’ve discovered some new ones (New to me) that I’ve loved. It’s the only SEPHORA in this area and I have to “blind” order some products. Most of the products I order are keepers but occasionally I shop there for some basics and some (not many) returns. Yes, sometimes they are short-staffed but I’m patient. I’ve always been treated with respect and I know to book an appointment for any makeup look or brand I want to try. Thanks to all the Ladies at SEPHORA

  Autumn was AMAZING! I don't normally wear make-up so was completely clueless as to what I needed and what would work for my skin tone/type. She took the time to walk me around and help me find things that felt right on my skin as well as find a perfect color match. Super customer service and the selection is astounding.
