Brought my grandfather to this store to get his phone fixed one Sunday. Thinking there wouldn’t be a wait on a Sunday! Literally waited 3 hours!! We both took naps at a vacant desk..where I’m sure an extra employee could have been sitting to help us! Glad I don’t have AT&T anymore! There’s ALWAYS a super long wait! So annoying!!!!
