  Poor customer service order on line took to long to ship had to go to Macy's to buy a present next time I will order from AMAZONKarla: Thank you for choosing Victoria’s Secret! Karla has seen your question and will be with you shortly. Karla: Hi Robert! I'm happy to check the order status. Please allow me a few minutes to pull this up. Robert: ok Karla: I know how excited you are to receive your package. At this time, we are still processing your order and we will send an email with your tracking number once it has shipped. You will still receive your package by the end of the day on 12/19. I assure you that it will arrive on time. Robert: This has taken to long I need for a gift for Monday 12/11/2017 and go head a cancel the order.I will give her some thing else Karla: I'm sorry after we charge the card, we do not have a way to cancel the order. During the holiday season, it can take up to 5 days to ship. Robert: it did not say that when i order them and why can i not cancel do i need to call to cancel this is wrong Robert: you sure can take the order so unprofessional your company am rating you as we chat Karla: The order has been sent to be packaged. Once it's been sent, we do not have a way to stop it. What I can do is issue you a refund but we would need those items back to avoid being charged. Robert: I will just refuse the order when it comes Robert: go look at your rating Karla: I'm sorry we were not able to get this to you sooner. Would you like for me to issue the refund. Robert: No I think they will get it when it comes back to them.
